Why I built this
I've spent almost twenty years as a technology architect. When my family decided to move from California to North Carolina, I started looking for my next role, and I found out how broken the job search is, even for experienced people.
I was reading dozens of postings a day to find the few that actually fit. My notes lived in a messy spreadsheet: pay bands, what I'd asked for, which portal each application was in, screening questions and the exact answers I gave, who referred me. I sent the wrong resume more than once. Some applications were likely screened out automatically because of where I lived at the time. Plenty never got a reply at all.
So I built myself a tool. It searched for jobs twice a day, read each posting against what I actually wanted, and told me plainly why a job fit and what the risks were before I spent an hour applying. It kept every application, note and resume in one place, and learned from what happened next. It changed how I spent my time: less scrolling, more applying to the right jobs.
